So, if not here, where would you recommend we take concerns about the current state of the game?

Thanks!

I think it is better that we have to work a bit to get the armor we want now. Most of us already have our 15k armor, anything else is just icing. Besides getting to lvl 5 in one of the tracts is hardly grinding.

I would much rather earn my armor then just running to a post to buy it or get ebay money and then spam WTB destroyer core, esquisite charr carving, diessa chalices...etc. The people who farm these and sell them to the WTB spammers are the true grinders...and again that is not a necessary part of the game, it is what they enjoy doing or do to "farm" money.

Ok so i have had GW:EN since it came out I took my ranger all the way through it. At the end I had rank 3 norn rank 3 dwarf, rank 2 vangaurd, and rank 3 asura. I beat the game in about 3 days turned in my book and got up to rank 4 norn. The problem i am seeing is that if you repeat prim quest you should get the points you did the first time you did them and that was 1,000 points also they might want to give you alittle more for clearing a area like 1,000 or even 500 points cause their are some areas with 420 some kills. I grinded for 6 days to get my Vanguard armor for my Derv and dear god i was about to die doing the same stuff.Maybe it would be better if it was like sunspear or lightbringer were killing something gives you 3 or more points atleast you wouldnt get bored so quick and it might make it a little easier.

Well, with litle content, they had to make you feel that they game you something.

Please remember...

I must not GRIND. GRIND is the mind-killer. GRIND is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my GRIND... I will permit it to pass over me and through me.

I've played gw because it was grind-free and if grinding was involved it was "on-the-way" like the sunspear or lightbringer points or even the kurzick faction for the armor. But there is nothing to compare between the outstanding Kurzick monk armor the most beautiful armor in the game (for monks) and the junk armor pieces in GW:EN if they were nice enough i would grind for them but they're NOT and when there is no purpose there is nothing.

You could get a pair of sunglasses for your monk. Would only take about 20 hours of C, spacebar. /sarcasim

No offense lord dragon: I am against grinding for anything other than vanity items, and I am a huge Dune fan, but your posts are starting to get annoying.

Starting to - how about have been since Sept 1!

I think what lord dragon needs is a revamp to his hall of monuments. We'll call it the Hall of America instead. And just like the Mall of America he can simply wander through each section, pick out anything in the game he wants. Immediate gratification. Want that destroyer weapon, that new armor, a new title? Presto its yours. The only thing you have to do is buy the game, now wasn't that fun?

Get off the grind bandwagon and go play WOW or DAOC and then tell me about the grind. And if you have played either of those then you know you're talking out your arse. Until then pls change your sig to:

I must not WHINE. WHINE is the mind-killer. WHINE is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my WHINE... I will permit it to pass over me and through me.

Actually I did play the game on one character. Lasted a few hours. Not much content except GRIND. I put it down to the price of a couple of bad movies that thankfully, didn't last that long.

I have played other MMO's before with grind. That is why I choose GW. There was no grind.

As for the armor, it is a joke. Be for real, who would ever want it?

As for the weapons, reskins, same difference.

As for the OVERPOWERED SKILLS, that is the issue here. It reward the title huggers, instead of the skilled player. If you read GW site, this is not how the game is advertised. Please see for yourself.

As for my signature, it is truly fitting with GWEN as, with very little content, the only way the developers could do anything with it was to set up grind for grinds sake.

Now, if you are a title hugger, I am glad. You allow me to go to FOW, UW a lot more often. I appreciate you doing that for me. Just dont' expect me to become a title hugger. Not interested in grind.

Please remember...

I must not GRIND. GRIND is the mind-killer. GRIND is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my GRIND... I will permit it to pass over me and through me.

Twenty-four pages worth of bitching and moaning. And to think, instead of all the time spent here you could have been GRIIIIIIIINDIIIIING.

OMFG, crying babies, is what im hearing, like im in a daycare centre, 1 titles grinds are threw out GW-any title takes some kind of a grind--i dont grind for the armor i grind for the TITLE, its like saying "I grinded for legendary survivor to get nothing" well u got the title every1 respects, and as for armor req5, who cares atleast it gives u something to work towards besides just a title--
now the problem is A-Net taking away the original wroths holy rod, i want one and im sick of people charging 50-100K for them, i dont have that much gold >.<--there titles get over it, u dont get Max armor at the beggining of any other campaign do u?(unless u get runs)....so this is there way of making shore the armor is earned not some clown who has a spare 200-500gold for a run to the sundocks, or droknars forge(2-4K from ascalon to droknars) and has all the material from there other characters, etc!!

I have a better idea! Make the titles only like 5 ranks and maxes out at 10,000! That means EVERYONE can have maxed titles and EVERYONE will be running around with 'People Know Me'!

While we're at it, make Obsidian armour 1 ecto/shard for each piece (except body armour, that's 3 shards/ectos) and cost 2k a piece. Also make all enemies lvl 15 and all bunched up and right outside a town exit

And give me another 500 attribute points.

That sounds FUN!

Titles are fine as they were. They were badges for people who needed badges. Once you add skills to them you unbalance the game as it is now.

I hope ANet will lower the max ranks a bit to make it fairly doable to reach the max level titles here (For KoaBD track). Other than that, I don't have problems with grinding, as long it's limited and reachable.

Lol. Except it's not a signature is it? If it was you'd be a GWG supporter and have it under a line.

So you're copy pasting it into every post. Hey lord, you got ya very own little bit grind of right there.

Thank G*D it only takes [CTRL]V to do it once per post instead of C, spacebar for 20 hours just to get a small title.
